We offer multiple special recipes of Sangria and mocktails serving the greater Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Durham, and Raleigh area. Our special recipe of different blends of Sangria, charcuterie boxes, and charcuterie boards can be ordered individually or with our picnic packages.

Add-on features from Sensational Sangria & Charcuterie include individual orders in addition to your choice of one of our four Sangria bars. We accept delivery orders at a small delivery price. Each bar is customized to fit your party theme with your option of add-ons including charcuterie board or mini charcuterie cups or cones.

Charcuterie is a French term for a branch of cooking devoted to prepared meat products, such as bacon, ham, sausage, terrines, galantines, ballotines, pâtés, and confit, primarily from pork. Other items include: ages cheeses, fruits, nuts, crackers, and more.
What is Sangria?
Sangria is a mixed drink from Spain. Red sangria is made with red base, and white sangria with white base. There are several regional variations of sangria, so ingredients vary. In addition to wine, traditional sangria may contain:

Fruit juice, typically such as orange juice

Sweeteners such as simple syrup, agave nectar or sugar

Sparkling water

Fruit, such as sliced oranges, and chopped pineapple, peaches, nectarines, apples, or pears

Optional: Flavored liquors, fruit schnapps, brandy, or cognac.
